To ensure a smooth after-sales process, please review the following guidelines:
1. Keep the Package Intact
• If you need to return your order, please ensure the entire package remains intact.
• Do not open the package or tear off the seal sticker.
2. Handling Damaged Items in Transparent Bags
• If you notice any damage to items inside the transparent bag after opening the package, do not remove the items from the bag.
• Our customer service team needs to assess whether the damage occurred during transit or due to improper handling.
3. Contact Customer Service
• To initiate a return or after-sales request, please contact our customer service team.
• Provide clear photos of the intact package, seal stickers, and the items in the transparent bag for verification purposes.
Please note that:

• If the order is shipped and you haven’t received the product(s) but decide to cancel the order, the incurred shipping costs will not be covered by us and will be deducted from your refund.

• If the return is due to us problems (e.g., incorrect products, product quality issues), we will provide you with a full refund, including the shipping costs for the return.

• If the return is due to the buyer’s reasons (e.g., not liking/wanting the item, ordering the wrong product/size), the buyer must pay the return shipping costs.

Should your order have benefited from a promotional discount, the value of the discount will be subtracted from your refund. Additionally, for orders that qualified for free shipping, the cost equivalent to the standard shipping rate will be deducted from the refund amount.

If your package is delivered and you notice any quality issues with the items, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide clear photos for confirmation. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for any claims made after this time frame.

indicating the item(s) you would like to return and why. We will get back to you within 48 hours. For defective products, we require pictures or videos of defective/damaged items to process the return/refund.

We will review and send you a Return Authorization Number if the request is approved. Please note that returns without a Return Authorization Number will be returned to shipper.

Once the return request is approved, We will begin processing your return and refund request.Pack up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and all accessories in the original shipment.

2.Non-returnable items

  • Damage of a product resulting from negligence.
  • Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product.
  • Damage caused by natural disasters.
  • Damage caused by natural wear on parts designed to wear out.
  • Theft or loss of a product.
  • Items that are worn, washed, damaged, with labels, packaging, or hygiene stickers removed, or that are incomplete.

  • Customized products
  • Sale items

The item(s) must be in the same condition in which they were received. Please note that each Bundle/Set or Pack is considered a single item, and individual components cannot be returned independently.

Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment. It will normally take within 5 business days (It will take longer on weekends or holidays) for the refund to be issued. User’s specific collection time will fluctuate according to the specific working days of the bank.

When completed, an email will be automatically sent to you with the refund amount and refund ID.
